Deposits / Payment Authorization: Certain appointments may require a deposit or payment method on file to reserve your time. If applicable, this will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Payments: Payment terms will be provided at booking, in your confirmation, or at checkout.
Refunds: Unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing, services rendered are non-refundable. Product return/exchange policies (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of purchase.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
We reserve appointment times specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible.
Late cancellations may result in a fee and/or forfeiture of deposit (if applicable).
No-shows may result in a fee and/or forfeiture of deposit (if applicable).
If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients, and you may still be charged the full service price.

6. Client Responsibilities and Health Disclosures
To help ensure safe services and the best possible outcome, you agree to:

You can opt out at any time by texting “STOP.” We will confirm your opt-out, and you will no longer receive SMS messages. You may re-enroll at any time by texting “START.”

10.4 Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless provider. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
